7th December re-opening messages
Friday 12th December
Despite it being yet another strange week the children and staff have been fantastic in getting back to the routine of school and showing what great learners they are - total PRIDE. We are looking forward to welcoming back more children on Monday as they finish their self-isolation periods and others during the week.
Incredibly we are now at the last week of term with lots still to learn whilst also doing a little celebrating. A reminder that school will be open on Friday 18th as normal and a little nudge about our collection for Oscari - a letter has been emailed to all parents & carers.
Christmas Dinner Day has had to be changed to Thursday 17th (£2.20 if you pay for your meals) with a compulsory brussel sprout and Year Group Christmas parties on Thursday and Friday - Year 3 & 4 will be outside in the Forest so make sure they have their kit with them! The class post-boxes will are still open - last post is Tuesday.
And don't forget that it's Christmas Jumper week - so wear your best festive jumper instead of your school one and yes tinsel in your hair is ok!
Have a good weekend and we will see you on Monday.
SCHOOL RE-OPENING WB 7TH DECEMBER
We're really looking forward to tomorrow and at last welcoming back Year 6 (at 8.40am), Richards class (9.00am) and Year 3 (9.10am). A reminder to parents and carers to avoid parking near the school entrances. See you in the morning.
A message from Mr Cates to the children about school re-opening from tomorrow - please don't expect too much as video appearances are not my strong point (and neither is video editing!!)
